Edinchat is a traditional crofters cottage and stands on its own on a hillside facing south-west, overlooking a burn and commanding magnificent views. It is perfectly situated for walking, bird watching, fishing and playing golf. It is an ideal centre from which to explore the Highlands.
The cottage sleeps 6 people and is warm and comfortable. Downstairs, there is a large living room, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, cloakroom and rear annex. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There are three bedrooms - one with double bed and two with twin beds. Linen, duvets and blankets are provided, but not towels. Each bedroom has a wall mounted convector heater with control and timer.
There is a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, a large supply of cooking and eating utensils, and a wood burning stove. There is also a chest freezer, which is in in the rear annex.
There is a large comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove and colour TV.
Cloakroom and Bathroom
The downstairs cloakroom has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a washing machine and space for hanging coats. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash hand basin.
Water is from a private water supply and is treated by both UV and filtration systems.
